1. Service Terms (Terms of Use)

This section governs the general use of the website and the relationship between ByBeyond and the user.

  • Eligibility: By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on www.bybeyond.sa (text, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of ByBeyond and is protected by Saudi Arabian and international copyright laws.

  • Prohibited Activities: Users may not use the site for any fraudulent purposes, to upload malicious code, or to infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

 

2. Payment Conditions

In KSA, transparency in pricing and tax is a legal requirement under the E-Commerce Law and ZATCA regulations.

  • Currency & Pricing: All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). ByBeyond reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): In accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, all prices are [inclusive/exclusive] of the prevailing VAT rate. A formal tax invoice will be provided for every transaction.

  • Payment Methods: We accept [Credit/Debit Cards, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, or Bank Transfers]. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

  • Refund & Cancellation: 

    • ByBeyond services cannot be refunded once the contract is signed and payment has been processed.

    • You can cancel your subscription only according to what is in the contract agreement signed between your organization and ByBeyond.

 

3. Liability Protection

This section limits ByBeyond’s legal exposure in the event of errors or disputes.

  • “As Is” Basis: The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, ByBeyond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of your use of the website.

  • Maximum Cap: In any event, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ByBeyond for the specific service or product in question.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByBeyond and its employees from any claims or legal fees resulting from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law.

  • Force Majeure: ByBeyond is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or regulatory changes.
